Interesting Drive Time

I was reminded on my drive this morning that I am not listening to His voice. Why is it so easy to slip back into the habit of forging ahead on my own and not letting myself be led in the direction that I am meant to take?
I want to ask for donations of 20.00 from anyone who is able to give. I will use your donation for gasoline cards and phone minutes for the I-phone that has been provided for Mom and Dad. I am learning to be more specific in what I am asking for as well as being more specific in what I am praying for. I would be delighted to purchase these items and hand deliver them. If you can help and do not know my address please e-mail me @pam.d.curran@gmail.com and I will respond by sending you my address. I will supply Mom and Dad not only the gift cards but let them know how we all stand with them on this difficult journey .
I encourage you to continue to read www.gracegoodday.com for updates on Grace's medical status. The Lord is making positive things happen in Grace's life. Grace is having surgery today at 1:30 to put in a trach tube. This a huge first step in Grace transitioning to a recovery floor and out of ICU. Do not forget that Grace's accident happened only 16 days ago and Miracles have happened every day for this precious little girl. On my drive this morning I envisioned Grace running through a field of daisys with her cute braided pigtails. I believe in what the Lord has planned for Grace.
Please pray for her middle brother who in 19 months old. He is having a hard time understanding where his best friend, playmate and sister is hiding out. Mom says he is sleeping with Grace's shoes. Sometimes I think we forget how an incident like this takes a toll on everyone, even toddlers and infants(Graces baby brother). Pray that somehow God will help Mom and Dad find the words to comfort these small boys who are trying so hard to understand why their world has been changed in such a dramatic way.
It is humbling to me to me that I can not care, nurture, and fix all the things that are going on in my mind and heart for this dear family. I think the message that I received this morning was a reminder that I need to ask for help.
I am asking, "Will you help me by making a donation?" Thank you.
Until next time, Peace!

This is awesome! God is really speaking to you. I hope to have my donation to give to you on Wednesday. During prayer tonight as I was listing regular people, my 19 month old son burst out by saying, "Grace!" We continue to pray for Grace. Perhaps will add Grace's brother to this list.
