It is Thursday already!!!

Yesterday, my wonderful sister helped me all morning with my technical challenges on my computer. She was able to condense things, tweak things, enhance things and the list goes on and on. Thank goodness she was on Spring Break and I had a day off. She has a lot of wonderful talents. I needed her help regarding the Fund Raiser that will begin April 1. My daughter is Designing a Web page that will hopefully link to this blog, otherwise I will use my friends and family e-mail list to tell you all about it. I hope you will in turn forward my e-mail to any one who would be interested in helping this deserving family.

This morning on www.GraceGoodDay.com I got the impression that Mom and Dad are very busy learning how to care for Grace. Please stand tall and strong for them. A lot off us know how much energy it takes to care for some one who needs special help. Maybe you have an ailing parent, a spouse with special challenges or children that require your special attention. Maintaining health and physical strength is difficult when the focus is on taking care of another. Mom and Dad go home from the hospital and continue meeting the needs of two other children. I hope you will all continue to pray that this family will stay close and communicate, even when they are bone tired.

Some friends and I have thought about organizing a Softball Game this summer to raise money for Grace. Grace's Dad told me he plays on a church team. I think a co-ed game sounds fun. Maybe some of our pastors would consider taking on a co-ed team to help us raise money. I heard Our Care Paster was awesome in a recent basketball game as well as Our Youth Minister. Let me know your ideas. I am no athlete but both of my sisters have played softball and go to MCC.

My Husband is very sure that I would never be able to pull this Softball Game Idea together. My reply was, "Any one who tells me I can't had better step aside!" I consider it a personal challenge now. See you on the Softball Field!

Send me your ideas.
